Awards & Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Award Periods

Awards and prize draws are run on a quarterly basis, as follows:

  1. Q1: January – March
  2. Q2: April – June
  3. Q3: July – September
  4. Q4: October – December

Awards will be announced and/or prize draws held in the month following the end of each quarter.

 

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be an active member of the team at the time awards are announced.

You must have worked a minimum of 200 Hours in the quarter to qualify for the Contributors’ Club Draw.

You must have a 100% attendance record in the relevant Quarter and have been a Active member of the team for the entire Quarter to qualify for the 100% Club Draw.

Team members currently subject to Performance management or Disciplinary action will not be eligible for awards or prize draws.

 

3. Award Categories

The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or amend award categories at any time, without notice.

 

4. Selection & Verification

Data used to determine award eligibility (e.g. hours worked, client feedback, attendance records) will be taken directly from company systems.

Management reserves the right to verify all information before announcing winners.

You can be entered into multiple categories.

You will only be entered into each category a maximum of one time.

You may be eligible to receive awards in more than one category during the same quarter.

 

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

6. General

Participation in the awards and prize draws implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Company reserves the right to distribute awards in capacities which differ from the advertised format; i.e. may issue more or less awards for each category versus advertised quantiites.

Decisions made by management in relation to awards and prize draws are final and not subject to appeal.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or withdraw awards if eligibility requirements are not met.

The Quarterly Awards are a discretionary and non-contractual offer. The Company reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the awards in full and at any time, without notice.
