Our staff and customers have access to a staff app / customer portal, but they shouldn’t need to rely on these or do the work themselves! Our dedicated team of Account Executives will work proactively on bookings and will secure the work our staff need, ensuring the best matches are made in the quickest possible time and that communications are clear. Importantly, this lets our staff live their lives without worrying about ‘winning’ shifts on an app, and allows our clients to get on with running their care services.
Security for our staff and continuity for our clients are important. If you’re only looking for the odd shift here and there, then we’re probably not right for you. We cater to people seeking full-time and part-time flexible hours and on average our staff work 32 Hours per week, with most staying with us for many years. This is not only testament to our strong culture, great support and the security we offer our people, but results in great continuity of care & staffing for our clients.
