At ScotForce we believe it is important for our staff to have access to a comprehensive Learning & Development Program to remain knowledgeable, skilled and to deliver to the highest quality and standards of care possible.
As well as access to over 50 online core modules with Careskills Academy and our annual mandatory training, we host a continuous program of externally sourced training via accredited training partners and our clients.
In the past few weeks we have had Martin Cassidy join us in the Perth Branch office for several hands on training sessions which is offered to both our staff and client’s staff free of charge.
- Wednesday 22nd May – Stoma & Catheter Care, Promoting Continence & Managing Incontinence and Pressure Area & Wound Care
- Monday 3rd June – Stoma & Catheter Care, Promoting Continence & Managing Incontinence and Pressure Area & Wound Care
- Wednesday 10th July – Venepuncture and Catheterisation (Male, Female & Suprapubic) (Nurses Only)
