We only recruit selectively and you can’t just ‘register’ with us. If you join ScotForce Healthcare, you’re joining a committed workforce of healthcare professionals (not a database of candidates) who work for ScotForce Healthcare continuously; and who we invest in and actively support to achieve great earnings, security, flexibility and job satisfaction. Over 96% of our staff choose ScotForce Healthcare as their main or sole employer

Some of our team have been with us since we opened (in 2014) but on average our staff stay with us for 2.4years, with many of them joining one of our customers’ organisations after. While we can’t offer our people guaranteed minimum hours contracts (and most don’t want these either), our goal is to help our people achieve the earnings, security, flexibility and job satisfaction they need, for as long as they choose.

While you will have the ‘ScotForce Healthcare’ App, you don’t need to check it all day long. Your support team are dedicated to helping you achieve the security, flexibility and earnings you need and will do the work for you, so you can enjoy life without the worry of having to check your app all day to ‘win’ shifts before others.  

Our method lets you trust in us to secure the work you need, based on your Availability, Travel requirements, Likes and Dislikes. Our success is based on strong cooperative working relationships, where we will the secure the work you need, give you a call, leave you a message and wait to hear back from you when you’re free.

Our staff and customers have access to a staff app / customer portal, but they shouldn’t need to rely on these or do the work themselves! Our dedicated team of Account Executives will work proactively on bookings and will secure the work our staff need, ensuring the best matches are made in the quickest possible time and that communications are clear. Importantly, this lets our staff live their lives without worrying about ‘winning’ shifts on an app, and allows our clients to get on with running their care services.

Security for our staff and continuity for our clients are important. If you’re only looking for the odd shift here and there, then we’re probably not right for you. We cater to people seeking full-time and part-time flexible hours and on average our staff work 32 Hours per week, with most staying with us for many years. This is not only testament to our strong culture, great support and the security we offer our people, but results in great continuity of care & staffing for our clients.

Our customers need reliable, professional and caring individuals who are motivated to perform to a high level in their care services. We invest in our customers’ needs, by investing in our people first, which in turn delivers quality outcomes for our customers and end users.
